Placing Your Order:

After you have added an item to your cart, you will be able to review your cart prior to checkout. You may also return to the product page to add quantities or remove items. Once you have reviewed all items and sizes in your cart, you may proceed to checkout and place your order.

Verification & Shipping (US and International):

Please make sure that your name, mailing address, contact information, and credit/debit card information are ALL correct when placing your order. We are NOT responsible for any incorrect information that you fill out when placing your order! Also, if your order seems suspicious/fraudulent, we will NOT process.

We ship worldwide, both Domestic and International! Shipping rates apply. Delivery times vary!

Please Note: Once order is placed and if there are no delays, please allow up to 5-7 business days to receive tracking information. Many items are on a Made-to-Order and Pre-Order basis. Certain items can take up to 14 business days or more once order is shipped (excluding weekends, holidays, and shipment delays), before you receive them.

*Some of our products from warehouses may not come with care instructions inside of garment. However, some care instructions are listed in the detailing of your product on our website. If you have any questions feel free to email us!

Tracking Your Order:

Once order is shipped, a tracking number or an ETA (estimated time of arrival) will be emailed to you. It is solely your responsibility to track your order once tracking information is sent to you. We are NOT liable for any stolen packages upon delivery. PLEASE make sure you set your tracking notifications to be sent to you in real-time. If you have an issue when tracking your order, please fill out an inquiry form.
